Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed · for potential issues by the Transportation Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. The existing canopy is located on the west side of the building and is currently painted in a red color. The submitted plan proposes to paint the canopy in Sherwin Williams color 'Aluminum'. All other existing canopies on this lot are already painted an aluminum color, thus once this red canopy is painted it will also match with the others. The proposed color is consistent with the CRC Design Guide! ines. Therefore the Architectural Review Committee considers the proposed painting of the canopy APPROVED.
