To Whom It May Concern,
In accordance with the Second Amendment to the Lease between BROOKWOOD
PACIFIC OFFICE I, LLC and BROOKWOOD PACIFIC OFFICE II, LLC (collectively, as
tenants in common, “Landlord”) and KBR WYLE SERVICES, LLC (“Tenant”), located at
1921 Palomar Oaks Way in Carlsbad, CA 92008, upon Landlord’s written approval of the
location, material, size and design and content thereof, Tenant may install a sign on the
exterior of the Building on the side facing Palomar Airport Road. Tenant’s Exterior Building
Sign shall contain only Tenant‘s name and no advertising material and shall be in accordance
with Applicable Law and shall be installed by a contractor or other party which meets
with Landlord’s prior approval.
Landlord authorizes CQ Signs to sign the permit in connection to KBR’s exterior building
signage installation.

In reviewing this sign permit application I noticed that the uploaded forms are outdated. I’m attaching the newest
forms which will need to be completed and signed. Additionally, please provide a completed P‐37, and a letter of
authorization from the property owner stating that the agent/applicant is authorized to sign the application forms on
their behalf. Property owner information will need to be included in the appropriate section of the P‐11 form. The
signature line can be filled out with ‘See letter of authorization’.
