Tenant’s Exterior Building Sign shall contain only Tenant‘s name and no advertising material and shall be in accordance with Applicable Law and shall be installed by a contractor or other party which meets with Landlord’s prior approval. Landlord authorizes CQ Signs to sign the permit in connection to KBR’s exterior building signage installation. Should you have any questions, please contact me at (760) 575-7550. Thank you.
