Tenant’s Exterior Building Sign shall contain only Tenant‘s name and no advertising material and shall be in accordance with Applicable Law and shall be installed by a contractor or other party which meets with Landlord’s prior approval. I’m attaching the newest forms which will need to be completed and signed. Additionally, please provide a completed P‐37, and a letter of authorization from the property owner stating that the agent/applicant is authorized to sign the application forms on their behalf. Property owner information will need to be included in the appropriate section of the P‐11 form. The signature line can be filled out with ‘See letter of authorization’.
