OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY
ON MARCH 31, 1998.
has been approved for a JUNIOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT, PC2022-0024-6362 PASEO
ASPADA by the City of Carlsbad on SEPTEMBER 16, 2022. Said approval restricts the property
as follows:
1. The property owner(s) shall reside in either the main dwelling unit or the JUNIOR
ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT.
2. The JUNIOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT shall not be sold separate from the
sale of the single-family residence.

of the Government Code.
