Recommended Action
Accept nominations/volunteers and elect a new Chair and Vice-Chair for the Historic
Preservation Commission for FY 2022-23.
Executive Summary/Discussion
Commissioners may volunteer or be nominated for either position and will serve a one-year
term. The role of the Chair is to lead the Historic Preservation Commission meetings, discuss
the agenda with the staff liaison and represent the Commission to City Council as needed. The
role of the Vice-Chair is to be prepared to serve as Chair in their absence.

Update rosters and notify Office of the City Clerk.
