Recommended Action
Accept proposed special meeting Wednesday, November 9 and cancel November 14 regular
meeting.
Executive Summary/Discussion
Due to the Veteran’s Day Holiday and schedule conflicts, staff are proposing that the
commission cancel the regularly scheduled November 14 meeting and instead hold a special
meeting on November 9. Commissioners will discuss and decide on a start time.
Next Steps
Update rosters and notify Office of the City Clerk.
