water service connections to the existing water main in Oak Avenue.

5TORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN
A Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) Is required for this
project. The SWMP shall Identify possible stormwater pollutants
generated on the site and shall set forth Best Management
Practices (BMP's) to be used during construction and after
construction Is complete to ensure that no sediments or other
pollutants leave the project site during a rainfall event. At a
minimum, these BMP's will lnducle:
1) Sandbag, slit fence, fiber roll, or other suitable erosion
control devices to be used during construction;
2) The collection of roof runoff to be directed to landscape·
areas where bio-flltration of stormwater runoff can occur;
3) The collection of driveway and basement level runoff
to be discharged to surface flow over the landscaped private
yards on the southerly and westerly side of the project.
