New time for meetings calendared for Fiscal Years 2022-23 and 2023-24
Recommended Action
Adopt 10 a.m. as the new time for the remaining Beach Preservation Commission Meetings
calendared for Fiscal Years 2022-23 and 2023-24.
Discussion
The Beach Preservation Commission’s regularly scheduled meeting time of 4 p.m. conflicts with
the set-up functions of several regularly scheduled City Council Meetings during Fiscal Years
20222-23 and 2023-24. To address this conflict, staff recommends adopting a new time of 10
a.m. for the remaining Beach Preservation Commission Meetings calendared for Fiscal Years
2022-2023 and 2023-24.
