Go to online payment page: https://eg.carlsbadca.gov/payinvoice   2. Enter the 8‐digit Invoice number on the attached invoice and click the Search button.   The system will retrieve the invoice and display the details on the screen.  3. Click the Pay Now button  4. Enter your credit card information, including email address and click the Pay Now button.    Note – If you do not enter an email address, you will not receive a receipt.     5.
