Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Transportation Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. Additional time will be required for on-site inspection. The plans are proposing a single wall sign on the East elevation of the building. The new ISC lettering/logo will be placed on an existing aluminum raceway that is painted to match the building tile wall. Additionally, the ISC lettering will be placed on one of the aluminum panels of the existing monument directory sign on the west side of the lot. The proposed wall sign and aluminum panel sign on the existing monument sign are consistent with the CRC Design Guidelines and therefore the submitted plans are considered APPROVED.
