Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Transportation Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. CACOA has reviewed for compliance against CACOA's architectural guidelines and Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Based upon the current set of plans, CACOA approves the proposed Wall Sign, Monument Sign, Directional Sign (DR.2) and Directional Sign (DR.3) and the locations indicated on Sheet 6 of 6 (Smith Consulting Architect's Plan AS-100). Please note that CACOA requires that we be kept in the loop with any and all changes.
