A RESOLUTION OF THE AGRICULTURAL CONVERSION MITIGATION FEE CITIZEN'S ADVISORY
COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT
OF COMMITTEE MEMBER CAROLYN ALKIRE TO THE POSITION OF COMMITTEE CHAIR
AND COMMITTEE MEMBER JOSEPH BRISBOIS TO THE POSITION OF VICE CHAIR
WHEREAS, in July 2017, Carolyn Alkire was appointed to the Agricultural Conversion Mitigation Fee
Citizen's Advisory Committee; and,
WHEREAS, in September 2019, Joseph Brisbois was appointed to the Agricultural Conversion
Mitigation Fee Citizen's Advisory Committee; and,
WHEREAS, on Dec. 14, 2022, the Agricultural Conversion Mitigation Fee Citizen's Advisory Committee of
the City of Carlsbad, California held a noticed public meeting to appoint two committee members to the positions
of Chair and Vice Chair.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Agricultural Conversion Mitigation Fee Citizen's Advisory
Committee of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1.That the above recitations are true and correct.
2.The following individual is appointed to serve as the Chair on the Agricultural Conversion
Mitigation Fee Citizen's Advisory Committee, for a term ending in August 2026, or until a
replacement is approved:
CAROLYN ALKIRE
3.The following individual is appointed to serve as the Vice Chair on the Agricultural Conversion
Mitigation Fee Citizen's Advisory Committee, for a term ending in August 2026, or until a
replacement is approved:
JOSEPH BRISBOIS
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the Agricultural Conversion Mitigation
Fee Citizen's Advisory Committee of the City of Carlsbad on the 14th day of December, 2022, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: 6
NAYS: 0
ABSENT: 0
