Chair Rodenhausen called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Tabled the approval of the Nov. 5, 2020 minutes due to a lack of a quorum of commissioners who
were present at the Nov. 5, 2020 meeting.

DEPARTMENT REPORTS:
1. SR# 0221-1 ELECTION OF SENIOR COMMISSION OFFICERS -(ACTION)
Commission discussed the Election of Senior Commission Officers and moved to table the
item to occur at the next meeting on March 4, 2021 when more commissioners are present.
ACTION: On motion by Commissioner Rodenhausen and duly seconded by
Commissioner Sachs to table the Election of Senior Commission Officers to the next meeting.
AYES: Chair Rodenhausen, Commissioners Mehan and Sachs

2. SR # 0221-2 DEPARTMENT REPORT
The Commission received a report on recently completed and upcoming Senior Center
activities and programs, as well as other topics of interest by Recreation Area Manager
Margaret Hamer.

ADJOURNMENT
ACTION: On motion by Commissioner Rodenhausen and duly seconded by
Commissioner Mehan the meeting was adjourned at 3:16 p.m. The next meeting of the Senior
Commission will be March 4, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.
