RELEASE OF NOTICE OF RESTRICTION ON REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 1, 2019, a Notice of Restriction on Real Property
was conditioned for the approval of a Coastal Development Permit No. CDP 2019-0003 to give
notice of the obligations and restrictions imposed and binding by said approval on present or
future interest holders or estate holders related to the above-described property. The Notice of
Restriction, recorded as Document No. 2019-0223089 on June 10, 2019, is hereby released
since the City Planner has the authority to execute and record a release which terminates
the Notice of Restriction upon a showing of good cause by the Developer or successor in
interest, which has been duly provided.
