City Attorney Cindie McMahon read the City Council into Clo sed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:15 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION: That the City Council, by
motion, authorize a closed session regarding existing litigation in the matter of:
Halverson, Debra v. City of Carlsbad, Ca se No. 37-2021-000549094-CU-PO-
NC, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(l).
Council Action: No reportable action.
