Group Delta Consultants, Inc. (Group Delta) reviewed the geotechnical aspects of the
referenced shoring design submittal that included the shoring plans (Shoring Design Group,
2022) for the Aviara Apartments – East Parcel project with respect to recommendations
provided in our referenced report of geotechnical investigation (Group Delta, 2022). In our
opinion, the shoring design submittal and plans are in conformance with our geotechnical
recommendations.
