Executive Summary In 2018, the City Council revised the Carlsbad Municipal Code Section 2.15.020 (C) to create uniform policies and procedures related to boards and commissions, requiring each board or commission to provide the City Council, for its approval, an annual work plan of activities to be undertaken.
