CARLSBAD BOULEVARD; ORIGINAL APPROVAL LETTER DATED MAY 16, 2018
This notice is to inform you th-at RP 2017-0014/CDP 2017-0070-ST. MICHAEL'S BY-THE-SEA PICKLEBALL
COURT located at 2775 Carlsbad Boulevard, and originally conditioned to expire on May 16, 2023 is
hereby extended without an expiration date by the City Planner pursuant to Section 21.42.ll0(D) of the
Carlsbad Municipal Code (CMC). Per condition #8 of the May 16, 2023 approval letter, this approval may
be extended by the City Planner Pursuant to CMC 21.42.110. While your Administrative Review Permit
(RP) no longer has an expiration date, the RP will continue to be reviewed by the Planning Division
periodically (as needed) to ensure continued compliance with the terms and conditions of the permit. If
at any time the Planning Division determines that the use may be out of compliance with the terms and
conditions of the RP, it retains the right to review this action and recommend that the approval be
reconsidered.
