ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The contractor has constructed the improvements required for the Kelly Drive Sidewalk
Improvements, Project No. 6002 and has requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the public
improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be
satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:

the bonds in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
