Recommended Action
Receive report from staff on the progress on development and implementation of a
Mills Act Program for the City of Carlsbad.
Executive Summary/Discussion
Staff recommended that City Council adopt ordinance changes amending title 22 of the city
municipal code (CMC) – Historic Preservation Ordinance and the Mills Act Program proposal.
Next Steps
The commission will discuss next steps based on the outcome of city council action taken at
the Nov. 8 City Council meeting.
