Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 3 p.m. has been adjourned due to lack of a quorum.
All agenda items will be heard and addressed by the Commission at its next regularly scheduled
meeting to be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 3 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 1200
Carlsbad Village Drive, CA 92008.
