Best Ma nagement Practices (BMP's) shall be used to ensu re that no sediments or other pollutants leave the project site during a rainfall event. At a minimum, these BM P's will include 1) Sandbag, silt fence , fiber roll, or other suitable erosion control devices to be used during con struction; 2) The collection of roof runoff to be directed to landscape areas where bio-filtration of storm water runoff can occur; 3) The collection of driveway runoff shall sheet flow to the BMP landscape swale to be constructed adjacent to the westerl y side of the driveway. The new paved surface created by this project totals 4,825 sq ft . This project is subject to "Standard Permanent Storm Water BMP Requirements".
