A GRADING PLAN AND PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT
STORMWATERRUNOFFTREATMENTNOTES
Storm water runoff from this proIect site shall be controlled and treated during construction and
after construction is complete. Best Ma nagement Practices (BMP's) shall be used to ensu re
that no sediments or other pollutants leave the project site during a rainfall event. At a minimum,
these BM P's will include
1) Sandbag, silt fence , fiber roll, or other suitable erosion control devices to be used during
con struction;
2) The collection of roof runoff to be directed to landscape areas where bio-filtration of storm
water runoff can occur;
3) The collection of driveway runoff shall sheet flow to the BMP landscape swale to be constructed
adjacent to the westerl y side of the driveway.
The new paved surface created by this project totals 4,825 sq ft . This project is subject to "Standard
Permanent Storm Water BMP Requirements".
