SUBJECT: CUP 12-01 (DEV12001} -CARLSBAD CROSSFIT -6353 EL CAMINO REAL, SUITES F & G;
PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 6869
This notice is to inform you that CUP 12-01 (DEV12001} -CARLSBAD CROSSFIT located at 6353 El Camino
Real, Suites F & G (APN 213-050-23-00}, and originally conditioned to expire on April 3, 2022, is hereby
retroactively extended ten years to April 3, 2033 by the City Planner pursuant to Section 21.42.ll0(D) of
the Carlsbad Municipal Code.
The adopted findings and conditions for CUP 12-01 which are contained in Planning Commission
Resolution No. 6869 shall apply to this ten-year extension and are incorporated herein by this reference.
