Re: FY 2023-2024 Operating get & Capital Improvement Program (Districts -All)
The City Council received the fiscal year 2023-24 Preliminary Operating Budget, Strategic Digital
Transformation Investment Program and Capital Improvement Program presentation at the City
Council Meeting on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.
The public hearing and final adoption is scheduled for Tuesday, June 13, 2023. Please provide any
additional questions related to the budget to Scott.Chadwick@carlsbadca.gov by the close of
business on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. Receiving questions in advance will benefit the public as staff
will have time to prepare and provide responses to be included in the agenda materials for the
June 13, 2023, public hearing.
Questions will also be accepted after June 6, 2023. However, prepared responses may not be
available to the public before the June 13, 2023, public hearing.
