I did submit the P37 when I originally submitting online but I will attach here as well. We have showed all math on Page 1 and the exact SqFt comes to 40.16 and we broke down the exact measurements for you. On page 4 we show that the math with the frontage being 45' wide and the sign being 185.44" wide which is less than the 75% and lineal sqft allowed.
