Subject: Selection of a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson
Recommended Action
Solicit nominations for and select a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for the Senior
Commission for the remainder of the 2023 calendar year.
Executive Summary
Each year, appointments for the positions of the Senior Commission Chairperson and Vice
Chairperson. After nominations have been received and accepted, the Commissioners will vote
to appoint the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for the 2023 calendar year. The Chairperson
presides at all meetings of the Senior Commission. The Vice Chairperson serves in the place of
the Chairperson if needed.
