total of 11 stalls, 8,828 sq. ft. (increased from 9 stalls
8,346 sq. It. as shown in PC□ 87-1).
Building 7, existing showroom building, 5,760 sq. ft. with a
new showroom addition of 2,800 sq. ft. and new covered
display/new car deliver/ areas for a total of 8,560 sq. ft.
(Increased from 5,760 sq. ft. as shown in PCD 87-1)
Previous location of 2,300 sq. ft. used Car showroom as
shown in 87-1. This floor area has been relocated to the
addition to Building 7. .
Existing driveway curb cut and improvements in R.O.W. to
remain as is.
Relocate existing driveway to accomoclate new showroom
addition. Install new planters with trees.
Revise parking lot layout from that shown in PCD 87-1 to
provide adequate backup space and increa_sed quantity of
standard sized parking spaces (8 1 /2' x l2Ql') typical entire

1. Maximum slope of parking surtace in any
