The site indicated by the Planned Industrial Permit is adequate in size and shape to accon~nodate the proposed us!l for the foilo,:ing reasons. a. /\ll required seUiacks have been maintained per SP ZOO. b. /\deq11ate parking has been provided for the proposed use. c. landscaping has been provided per SP 200 and the requirements of the P-M Zone. Landscaping is 23.86% of the site, excluding setback areas. d.
