Include any details necessary to adequately explain the scope and/or operation of the proposed project. You may also include any background information and supporting statements regarding the reasons for, or appropriateness of, the application. Use an addendum sheet if necessary. Description/Explanation: FINALIZING THE PRE APPROVED TENTATIVE MAP OF THE MS 09-07 as well as complete building plan This scope of this projects originally involved finalizing an existing pre-approved tentative map which involved updating and finalizi ng the grading plan (soil report, drainage and SWQMP, SWPPP, etc) as well as the final map. However as the project progressed engineering department determined that a building plan must also be submitted in parallel. As such additional resources ie Architect and structural engineering has since been added to generate the complete building plan for two homes. Given the expanded scope of the project on one hand, and continued COVID related challenges on the other. the project experienced some delays. However, all necessary resources have since been secured for the project and we are on track to submit our building plan as well as corrections requested for the grading plan in early summer time frame.
