WHERE TRENCHES ARE WITHIN CITY EASEMENTS, A SOILS REPORT COMPRISED OF: (A) SUMMARY SHEET, (B) LABORATORY WORK SHEETS AND (C) COMPACT/ON CURVES, SHALL BE SUBMITTED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER OF THE STA TE OF CALIFORNIA, PR/NC/PALLY DOING BUSINESS IN THE FIELD OF APPLIED SOILS MECHANICS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEBRIS OR DAMAGE OCCURRING ALONG THE HAUL ROUTE OR ADJACENT STREETS AS A RESULT OF THE GRADING OPERATION. 19. NO BLASTING SHALL BE COMMENCED WITHOUT A CITY ENGINEER APPROVED BLASTING PROGRAM AND BLASTING PERMIT. 20. THE EXISTENCE AND LOCATION OF UTILITY STRUCTURES AND FACILITIES SHOWN ON THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS WERE OBTAINED BY A SEARCH OF THE AVAILABLE RECORDS.
