GRADING RESULTING IN THE PONDING OF WATER IS NOT PERMITTED. ALL EARTHEN SWALES AND DITCHES SHALL HA VE A MINIMUM ONE PERCENT SLOPE. 25. THESE PLANS ARE SUBJECT TO A SIGNED ANO APPROVED SWPPP AND/OR SET OF EROSION CONTROL PLANS.
