THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROTECT ALL FINISHED WORK AND ADJACENT SURFACES FROM DAMAGE DURING THE COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION AND SHALL REPLACE AND/OR REPAIR ANY AND ALL DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE WORKERS. 12.
