A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING CHAD EDING TO THE CARLSBAD GOLF LODGING
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Carlsbad Golf Lodging Improvement District (CGLBID) Advisory Board Member Scott
Mason resigned on July 28, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the CGLBID Advisory Board has one unscheduled vacancy with a term limit of
November 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The following individual is appointed to serve on the Carlsbad Golf Lodging
Improvement District Advisory Board, with a term limit of November 2024, or until a
replacement is appointed:

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad on the 12th day of September, 2023, by the following vote, to wit:
