Yes, we have submitted both a permit for a banner and a permit for permanent signs. The temporary banner we'd like to have up until the new signs are up, or until the limit that the city imposes, whichsounds like it will be 45 days, based on your email below. :-) Do you have any other questions I can help with? I am reviewing the sign permit for the property 6100 PASEO DEL NORTE. I have some comments and questions:
Do you have a permanent sign permit in progress?
For how long are you planning on having the temporary permit on the property?
Also, once the temporary permit gets approved you do not have to get a building permit, and have a 45 days maximum until
the permanent sign gets installed.

HOME”. You can summit the changes in the City of Carlsbad Portal or attached it in thisemail. I wanted to reach out and provide the following comments:
1. Please add scope of work with a brief description.2. You are allowed to have only one temporary sign. Please remove one sign from the
plan.3. The maximum square footage of sign must not exceed 30 square feet.
