SUBJECT: MCUP 08-22 (DEV99054) -SPRINT GRAND PACIFIC SD36XC281, 5805 ARMADA DR.
This notice is to inform you that MCUP 08-22 (DEV99054) -SPRINT GRAND PACIFIC SD36XC281, a minor
conditional use permit for a wireless communications facility located at 5805 Armada Dr. (APN 211-022-
28-00), and originally conditioned to expire on March 22, 2019, is hereby retroactively extended ten years
to March 22, 2029, by the City Planner pursuant to Section 21.42.ll0(D) of the Carlsbad Municipal Code.
The adopted findings and conditions for MCUP 08-22 which are contained in the administrative decision
letter dated March 23, 2009, shall apply to this ten-year extension, and are incorporated herein by this
reference.
