Recommended Action
Receive the report and accept nominations/volunteers and elect a new Chair and Vice-Chair
for the Arts Commission for fiscal year 2023- 24.
Executive Summary
Commissioners may volunteer or be nominated for either position and will serve a one-year
term. The role of the Chair is to lead the Arts Commission meetings, discuss agenda with the
staff liaison, and represent the Board to City Council as needed. The role of the Vice-Chair is to
be prepared to serve as Chair whenever the Chair is unable to serve.
