RESOLUTION NO. 2023-009
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE HOUSING COMMISSION 2023 REGULAR
ME ETING SCHEDULE

WHEREAS, the Housing Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California has determined it will
establish its scheduled regular meetings by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Ralph M. Brown Act (Government Code §54954) provides for the establishment
of an annual regular meeting calendar procedure; and
WH EREAS, special meetings of the Housing Commission will be called as necessary following
the requirements of the Brown Act (Government Code §54956).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing Commission of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The adopted 2023 regular Housing Commission meeting schedule shall be amended to
reflect the following regular meetings:
Nov. 9, 2023, at 5 p.m.
Dec. 14, 2023, at 5 p.m.
3. That the amended 2023 calendar will be posted to the city's website.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Meeting of the Housing Commission of the City of
Carlsbad on the 12th day of October, 2023, by the following vote, to wit:
