THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BEAR ALL EXPENSES FOR THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF UTILITIES OR OTHER PROPERTY DAMAGED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE EXECUTION OF WORK. 19. THIS SHALL BE DONE AFTER THE SITE HAS BEEN AWARDED FINAL INSPECTION BY THE RESPONSIBLE BUILDING AGENCY. THE LATEST EDITION OF ALL PERMITTED AND APPROVED PLANS PERTAINING TO THIS PROJECT SHALL BE KEPT IN A PLAN BOX AND SHALL NOT BE USED BY WORKERS. ALL CONSTRUCTION SETS SHALL REFLECT THE SAME INFORMATION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ALSO MAINTAIN IN GOOD CONDITION, ONE COMPLETE SET OF PLANS WITH ALL REVISIONS, ADDENDA AND CHANGE ORDERS ON THE PREMISES AT ALL TIMES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING ALL SYSTEM EQUIPMENT IN A CLEAN WORKING ORDER UNTIL ACCEPTANCE OF THE PROJECT BY VERIZON WIRELESS. 32.
