Recommended Action
That the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District, by motion, authorize a
closed session regarding existing litigation in the matter of:
City of Camden, et al. v. E.I. Dupont de Nemours and Company, et al.,
Case No. 2:23-cv-03230-RMG, pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9 (d)(l).
