LOT 469 OF LA COSTA SOUTH UNIT NO. 96, IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING TO MAP THEREOF NO. 6604, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY, MARCH 23, 1970.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM THAT PORTION DELINEATED AND DESIGNATED AS "PORTION OF LOT 469 RESERVED FOR FUTURE STREET, ACCESS RIGHTS RELINQUISHED AND WAIVED" ON SAID MAP NO. 6604 AS ACCEPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 3374, RECORDED MARCH 20, 1974 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 69589 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS.
has been approved for an ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT by the City of Carlsbad on September
25, 2023.
Said approval restricts the property as follows:
1.The obligations and restrictions imposed on the ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT
per California Government Code Section 65852.2 are binding on all present and future
property owners.
