By proper motion, the minutes of the Senior Commission meeting of October 23, 2014 was
approved

The consent calendar was unanimously approved.
1. AGENDA ITEM# 1114-1 SUMMARY REPORT (ACTION)
Accepted, approved and filed the October 23, 2014 commission meeting summary
report.
DEPARTMENT AL REPORTS:
2. AGENDA ITEM# 1114-2 AVIARA, PINE AVENUE, AND POINSETTIA PARKS MASTER PLAN
UPDATES (ACTION)
Commission unanimously accepted and approved the Aviara, Pine Avenue, and
Poinsettia Parks master plan updates and recommended City Council acceptance.
3. AGENDA ITEM# 1114-3 RESCHEDULING OF DECEMBER SENIOR COMMISSION MEETING
(ACTION)
Due to the regularly scheduled December meeting of the Senior Commission falling on
the Christmas Holiday, the Commission unanimously accepted to cancel and reconvene
in January, 2015.
4. AGENDA ITEM# 1114-4 COMMISSIONER RESPONSIBILITIES (INFORMATION)
This agenda item was tabled until the regular Senior Commission meeting of January
2015 to allow all Commissioners to participate in discussion.
