SUBJECT: CUP 13-09 -ICETOWN SKATEOPLEX -2283 COSMOS COURT; ORIGINAL APPROVAL
DATED DECEMBER 4, 2013
This notice is to inform you that CUP 13-09 -ICETOWN SKATEOPLEX located at 2283 Cosmos Court, and
originally conditioned to expire on December 3, 2023 is hereby extended without an expiration date by
the City Planner pursuant to Section 21.42.llO(D) of the Carlsbad Municipal Code (CMC). Per condition
#12 of the December 4, 2013 Planning Commission Resolution #7021, this approval may be extended by
the City Planner Pursuant to CMC 21.42.110. While your Conditional Use Permit (CUP) no longer has an
expiration date, the CUP will continue to be reviewed by the Planning Division periodically (as needed) to
ensure continued compliance with the terms and conditions of the permit. If at any time the Planning
Division determines that the use may be out of compliance with the terms and conditions of the CUP, it
retains the right to review this action and recommend that the approval be reconsidered.
