By proper motion, the minutes of the Senior Commission meeting of August 25, 2016 was
approved.
Approved 3-0-1-1 (Commissioner Tweedy abstained and Commissioner Sachs absent)

The Commission accepted and approved the Summary Report of August 25, 2016
meeting.

2. AB# 0916-2 PINE AVE COMMUNITY PARK PROJECT-(ACTION)
Commission received a report on the Pine Avenue Community Park Improvements
(Community Center arid Gardens Construction) and advised staff to seek City Council
approval of the project's plans/specifications and authorization to advertise the
project for public bids.
Approved 4-0-0-1 (Commissioner Sachs absent)
3. AB# 0916-3 SAN DIEGO NORTH COUNTY COASTAL VILLAGE PRESENTATION -
(INFORMATION)
Commission received a presentation from Liam Dunfey on the San Diego North County
Coastal Village.
