OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAN DIEGO COUNTY, AUGUST 24, 1961, WHICH LIES NORTHWESTERLY OF A STRAIGHT LINE CONNECTING A POINT IN THE SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 13, WHICH IS DISTANT THEREON 8.00 FEET SOUTHEASTERLY FROM THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 13, AND A POINT IN THE NORTHEASTERLY LINE OF LOT 12 IN SAID TAMARACK MANOR, WHICH IS DISTANT THEREON 8.00 FEET NORTHEASTERLY FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12.
has been approved for an ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT by the City of Carlsbad on 11/24/23.
Said approval restricts the property as follows:
1.The obligations and restrictions imposed on the ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT
per California Government Code Section 65852.2 are binding on all present and future
property owners.
2.Pursuant to Section 21.10.030 of the City of Carlsbad Municipal Code, if the
ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT is rented, a rental period of less than 30 days is
prohibited. This requirement does not apply to any unit that was issued a building permit
