Mellom, hereby certify that City of Carlsbad Tract No. 16-04, Map No. 16273, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed as document no. 2018-7000179 in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego on May 24, 2018 is in error and is corrected in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendment thereto as follows: Corrections: At the northwest corner of Lot 1, a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" is set in a D-75 browditch. At the southwest corner of Lot 1, a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" is set in top of wall, southerly 0.25 feet along the extension of the westerly line of Lot 1. At the northeast corner of Lot 1, a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" is set in a D-75 browditch. At the northwest corner of Lot 3, a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" is set in a D-75 browditch. At the northeast corner of Lot 3, the 2" IP w/disc "LS 7959" was destroyed by construction, and replaced with a 2" x 24" Iron Pipe with brass disk "LS 8537" set North 61 °52'27" East 1.00 feet from said northeast corner, At the southeast corner of Lot 3, a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" is set in sidewalk, South 61 °52'27'' west 0.50 feet from said southeast comer. At the northeast comer of Lot 4, a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" is set in sidewalk, South 61 °52'27" west 0.50 feet from said northeast comer. At a comer on the westerly property line of Lot 4 at the easterly terminus of the course labeled North 61 °52'27" East 2.00 feet, a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" is set in sidewalk, South 61 °52'27" west 5.00 feet from said comer. At the northwest corner of Lot 5, a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" is set in a D-75 browditch, southerly 20.00 feet along the extension of the westerly line of Lot 5. At the subdivision corner along the southerly line of Lot 6, at the easterly terminus of the course labeled North 61°52'27" East 13.59 feet, the 3/4" IP w/disc "LS 7959" was destroyed by construction, and replaced with a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" set in a D-75 browditch, And in addition a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" is set in a D-75 browditch, North 61 °52'27" East 3.00 feet from the subdivision corner. At the southwest corner of Lot 7, a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" is set in concrete patio. The monuments along the common curvilinear lot lines of Lots 8 and 10 were not set. At a corner of the northerly property line of Lot 10 at the westerly terminus of the course labeled North 61 °52'27" East 30.48 feet, a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" is set in top of wall, North 28°07'33" West 0.25 feet from said corner. At a corner of the northerly property line of Lot 10 at the easterly terminus of the course labeled North 65°41 '17" East 50.14 feet, a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" is set in top of wall, North 24°18'43" West 0.25 feet from said corner. At a corner of the northerly property line of Lot 10 at the westerly terminus of the course labeled North 65°41 '17" East 50.14 feet, a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" is set in top of wall, North 24°18'43" West 0.25 feet from said corner. At a corner of the northerly property line of Lot 10 at the easterly terminus of the course labeled North 61 °52'27'' East 23.54 feet, a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" is set in top of wall, North 28°07'33" West 0.25 feet from said corner. At a corner of the northerly property line of Lot 10 at the westerly terminus of the course labeled North 61 °52'27" East 23.54 feet, a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" is set in sidewalk, North 28°07'33" West 0.50 feet from said corner. At the northwest corner of Lot 9, a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" is set, northerly 0.50 feet along the extension of the westerly line of Lot 9. At the southwest corner of Lot 9, a lead plug and brass disk stamped "LS 8537" is set in a D-75 browditch. In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the names of all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the date of the filing or recording of the original recorded map.
