Recommended Action
Receive a presentation from Community Arts Grant recipient Megan Herrick, Sage Creek High
School and the grant funded project, a Living Art Exhibit at Sage Creek High School Festival of
the Arts.
Executive Summary
Community Arts Grant recipient Megan Herrick and Sage Creek High School received a grant to
create a living art exhibit for display at the high school’s annual Festival of the Arts. The
presentation will provide an overview of the project.
Explanation & Analysis
Funding and support for Community Arts Grants is documented in the Arts & Culture Master
Plan, which was approved by City Council in June 2018. There are 27 grantees receiving support
in fiscal year 2023-24.
Fiscal Analysis
The total funding amount for Community Arts Grants in fiscal year 2023-24 is $117,128. Sage
Creek High School received $3,098 for this Living Art Exhibit.
