Subject: 2024 Economic Development Subcommittee Regular Meeting Calendar
Recommended Action
Adopt the 2024 Economic Development Subcommittee regular meeting calendar.
Executive Summary
This item contains changes to the previous calendar of regular meetings and proposes a
schedule that meets earlier in the day on Tuesdays.
Discussion
Staff is proposing that the subcommittee meet at 10 a.m., on the third Tuesday of odd months,
in the Carlsbad City Council Chamber, beginning March 19, 2024. Special meetings may be called
as necessary. The 2024 calendar establishing the dates for the regular Economic Development
Subcommittee meetings is provided in Exhibit 1.
Fiscal Analysis
This action has no financial impact.
Next Steps
If approved, staff would work with the City Clerk's Office to calendar all meetings for the year
and ensure proper noticing.
