Condition No. 2 of Planning Commission Resolution 1214 requires
that building permits for the above structure be issued by June
30, 1976.
Building permits were issued for the permanent structure on June
21, 1976.
Condition No. 2 also requires that the permanenet structure be
occupied by December 31, 1976. Staff will report to the Commission
on compliance with that requirement.
