voted to APPROVE your request. The decision of the Planning Commission is final on the date of adoption
unless a written appeal to the City Council is filed with the City Clerk within ten (10} calendar days in
accordance with the provisions of Carlsbad Municipal Code section 21.54.150. The written appeal must
specify the reason or reasons for the appeal.
