at 1991 Palomar Airport Rd, Carlsbad, CA, 92011
To the City of Carlsbad:
In accordance with your request, we have prepared this geotechnical review letter for the
subject property located at the aforementioned address. The purpose of our geotechnical review
was to verify if our geotechnical recommendations for the proposed commercial carwash and
parking were incorporated into the structural plans.
We have reviewed the pertinent geotechnical aspects of the following:
-Structural Plans by NAJARS Engineering for 1991 Palomar Airport Rd, Carlsbad, CA, 9201,
dated July 19, 2023. Sheets Sl.0, S2.0 and S6.0.
We certify that our geotechnical recommendations have been incorporated into the referenced
structural plans.
