West Tech Contracting, Ine. has completed the contract work required for MS 13-07, Viasat
Bldg 10 & 11 watermain relocation, DWG 480-2, SEC2337, and ROW2022-0640. City forces
have inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:

The Secretary to the Board of Directors is hereby authorized to record the Notice of Completion
and release the bands in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
The Carlsbad Municipal Water District are hereby directed to commence maintaining the above
described improvements.
